The best experience ever. We went during the summer and the food was great, along with the customer service. There were five of us. We booked two queen beds and had a sofa bed. It was perfect and really roomie because the suite had a living area plus a bedroom. Most hotels have the beds in the living area, but this suite was really roomie. The value that you get with this hotel is incomparable to others in the area. The complementary breakfast is well done the location to the beach is ideal in addition their rooms feature a bedroom and a separate living room area. After searching for rooms in Waikiki and doing hours of research, this is one of the best. I will definitely stay here with my family again.

The breakfasts were above average, although the custom omelets were nice, it was rarely worth waiting in the line. Location is great, although not right on the beach, it is close to everything. The valet always had our car to is quickly and the service staff were always willing to help. If you will be staying awhile, the laundry facilities are nice. On the down side, the property felt a bit dated and the elevators were often overwhelmed and we found ourselves waiting awhile or opting to climb 14 levels of stairs.

We had an awesome stay here. After an overnight flight from Sydney Aust, they took some sympathy on us and gave us our suite a bit early. The suite was a lounge, bedroom and bathroom all plus a large balcony. Clean, bright and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic each day and the evening drinkies were a real treat - got a head of steam up each night before heading off in search of dinner. Woo Hoo. Have stayed at LAX too and find these places first rate.

We had a three night staycation at the Embassy Suites this past week. Our room was on the 11th floor (1130). Please see photos for views from this particular room. The rest of our family stayed in 1128. The view from their balcony pretty much overlooked Lewers Street - not much of a view. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and spacious. There is a complimentary breakfast buffet which is perfect for large families.
