We had an amazing stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Waikiki! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite perks was the complimentary happy hour from 5–7 PM. While the drink selection is limited to a couple of options, it’s still a great touch and a nice way to unwind before heading out for the evening. Central location- close to the beach and steak shack! Unfortunately our room wasn't ready on check in but they accommodated and compensated accordingly. Awesome pool. Amazing complementary evening reception drinks- get the mai-tai! Special mention to the omelette makers at breakfast. They were very delicious!!

Great location but disappointing policies and service Embassy Suites Waikiki is in a fantastic spot—right by the beach and within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was a nice perk, and the price is reasonable for Waikiki. Unfortunately, several issues held back the overall experience: • Housekeeping: Every day I got a slip of paper shoved under my door saying staff “attempted to clean” but saw the Do Not Disturb sign. This place is dated, but okay. Rooms are out of the 90s, only lamp lighting. Each lamp has to be manually turned on and off manually. We checked in late walked into a completely dark room, and had to figure out how the lighting worked. Staff later told us to leave a lamp on, so that doesn’t happen again. One light bulb was nonfunctional for us, as well. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Air conditioner was noisy. Lots of street noise, easily coming through the windows. So I want to start by saying the staff, especially the front desk and bell staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly, lots of great information, just what you would expect from a Hilton property. I had no complaints with the people. However, having paid over a thousand dollars for one night (2 room suite) I expected more from the facility and services offered.
