Very nice hotel in a great location. A short walk to the beach and all kinds of shops and restaurants just steps away. All the hotel employees we encountered during our week’s stay were all very friendly and accommodating. The front desk, housekeeping, a nice man who brought our bags to our room, even the breakfast employees were so nice. The breakfast buffet was awesome! All kinds of good food. Great location central to the beach, restaurants and shops with spacious rooms and good amenities. The suites are large and have great views though furnishings are a bit older, everything is clean and well cared for. Service was friendly, prompt and helpful. The location is excellent as you are only a block from the beach with ocean views from the rooms and numerous restaurants and shops within a five minute walk to fit your needs. Great for families or anyone traveling for longer stays.

Location is amazing. Room was outdated but clean. Bartenders at the evening bar were amazing. Buffet was nice with kids. Called for and extra hour for checkout and they were abrupt and said NO we do not do that. A minute later someone called and said yes no problem. Bell staff amazing as well! Overall loved the location the most. Can walk to everything.

Embassy suites as a hotel is very good. We liked the overall hotel, location, breakfast, evening reception. I would rate the hotel as 5/5. Concierge Desk: 0/5. (By Blue Hawaiian Activities) The main thing that we did not like is the Concierge desk in the hotel. They are cheating customers big time. They fake by trying to help you reserve tickets for activities like parasailing, snorkeling, and other activities. They quote high prices and say that they can give discounts, but you need to attend some Hilton hotels sales conf... read more

Wonderful 8 night stay, the staff and service was outstanding and supportive. Our room appeared to be newly renovated. The cleaning folks did an excellent job. The staff was accommodating in moving us to a room further from the elevator to assist us. The room was spotless every day. Location was excellent. While we did not have a ocean view, we overlooked the city view and shops and got to enjoy live music and a show from our balcony a few times during our stay. Quiet at night. Thank you.
