The best experience ever. We went during the summer and the food was great, along with the customer service. There were five of us. We booked two queen beds and had a sofa bed. It was perfect and really roomie because the suite had a living area plus a bedroom. Most hotels have the beds in the living area, but this suite was really roomie. The room interior, features, and functions were perfect. I had some concerns about being on the fourth floor with balcony access to the pool area, mostly for noise reasons. See my notes in the “rooms” section for my details. Could be perfect for people who like more lively “party” rooms. Not great for small families like mine. The value that you get with this hotel is incomparable to others in the area. The complementary breakfast is well done the location to the beach is ideal in addition their rooms feature a bedroom and a separate living room area. After searching for rooms in Waikiki and doing hours of research, this is one of the best. I will definitely stay here with my family again.

We had a three night staycation at the Embassy Suites this past week. Our room was on the 11th floor (1130). Please see photos for views from this particular room. The rest of our family stayed in 1128. The view from their balcony pretty much overlooked Lewers Street - not much of a view. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This hotel was perfect for our multi family stay. The rooms were spacious and the service from the front desk, bell hops, poolside, and breakfast was excellent. Any question or concern was addressed and many tips and advice were provided up front. Breakfast each morning offered some consistent items but also offered different hot item each day.
