Being from the United States, I've stayed at quite a few Wyndham properties. This was my first Wyndham stay in Europe, and I must say, i was greatly impressed. The location is perfect, steps from Hyde Park, plenty of restaurants nearby, and only a short walk to Paddington Station. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 nights in our last week in London about 2 weeks ago, and enjoyed the room and breakfast. It is located in Paddington and well maintained with great service, and the room was large enough for myself and my wife. We stayed in the 1st floor and is centrally located for us to travel to other districts in London. Many Thanks to the staff for the great service and the mini bar which serves good selections of beer and liquor.

Stayed here for a short break over Xmas as the YHA Hostel where I usually stay was not open. It was basic but well situated, the staff were nice, but the fan in the Loo didn't work, the shower wasn't always hot, and a washcloth would've been nice ;). Not bad price for London though.

Stayed at this hotel during my quick trip to London. Prices were low, and the location is great. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is included with your stay. The hotel is over the underground, so every few minutes you feel and hear the incoming trains. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, but the window was broken, so there was a constant draft, linens were small and barely covered my body, and there were spiders in my bathroom. The hotel was great for 2 nights. Location very near to paddington station and easy connection to train , bus, underground and also hop on hop off. Souvenier shop i found also cheaper around here. Room is ok for 2 people, got lift is plus factor no need to drag the luggage up. Staff was frendly but i just confuse when i ask for breakfast was it included he said no, where i booked for bed and breakfast room.
