Fantastic hotel. Spotless clean. The room had everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. TV has ample channels. Great location and very quiet. One of the best stays I've had in a long while. Breakfast was a good way to start the day. If you would prefer a hot breakfast there are many cafes close by. Would recommend 100%.

Arrived today, hoped for much better based on the reviews. It’s a great location and is quiet. We found a dirty sock in the closet and three tiny plastic bags with white residue in the bedside table - honestly looked like someone had been using drugs in the room. Gross. I will not stay here again. Adding: old stained pillows, toilet not cleaned well. No washcloths in room or available at front desk.

Very clean room and comfortable bed, has deep sleep all 5days. front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay next time in London. Great value for Money

Location was just right, walking distance to all major tourist place such as hyde park oxford street, regent street, covent gardens. Paddington station was right on the doorstep. Hotel service was amazing in all aspects from checking in to checking out, will definitely consider staying again

This is the worst room I’ve ever stayed in while in London! The service is poor (I wonder if it’s because of my Asian appearance), and there is visible dust on the floor and in the room, clearly showing a lack of care for cleanliness. There are no regular checks for cleaning… extremely, extremely, extremely disappointing!
