I’ve been coming to the vin for years. Lately, I’ve been fortunate to sit at the bar in harvest hall with Jordan, Hannah and Cheyenne. They are fantastic! Service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaging. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down and elevated the entire experience. Matt, Felix and Andrew helped us at check in and were so friendly and helpful! They were all attentive and made sure our check in was smooth and retrieved our checked bags quickly. The rooms here are all wonderful no matter which one you book. We've had a standard room to a suite and all are very spacious and VERY clean. The restaurant has quality food snd excellent service. This is our second stay and will be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here celebrating our anniversary. The hotel, restaurant, and Speakeasy staff were wonderful. Aimee took such good care of us from the time we checked in to when we checked out. She really made our stay special. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

They distinguished themselves by the service provided. There was a problem with our room upon check-in. The gentleman helping me didn't hesitate. He found a solution within 5 minutes. They graciously provided us with an upgrade and we were in our room within minutes. We have stayed here before and had great service then as well. The property, amenities, atmosphere and entertainment are first class. Very disappointed with my first encounter with the Vin. A few (4) friends from various cities across the metroplex met at the Vin this afternoon, as it’s a central location for all of us, and one of the women has had a good experience there in the past. We are perfume collectors and wanted to chat about our hobby and swap fragrances. We sat at a table in the corner of the lobby, by the windows, out of the way.
