I’ve been coming to the vin for years. Lately, I’ve been fortunate to sit at the bar in harvest hall with Jordan, Hannah and Cheyenne. They are fantastic! Service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaging. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down and elevated the entire experience. My husband and I had a wonderful stay here celebrating our anniversary. The hotel, restaurant, and Speakeasy staff were wonderful. Aimee took such good care of us from the time we checked in to when we checked out. She really made our stay special. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Hotel VIN is a Marriott Autograph Collection. Truly, a spectacular hotel with superb service and a perfect location. Hotel VIN has beautiful rooms with all the amenities you need. Their customer service is exceptional and the location is perfect! They distinguished themselves by the service provided. There was a problem with our room upon check-in. The gentleman helping me didn't hesitate. He found a solution within 5 minutes. They graciously provided us with an upgrade and we were in our room within minutes. We have stayed here before and had great service then as well. The property, amenities, atmosphere and entertainment are first class. I have stayed at and been familiar with this hotel through family and work events in the past, but after this experience, I would not stay here again. While returning from a business conference during an ice storm, I experienced car trouble on my way home from the airport and was forced to walk several blocks to find help and wait for my family.
