Amazing hotel with a huge swimming pool. Big enough that guests were kayaking in it ! Ends in an infinity pool. As a Titanium Elite member, we were upgraded to the most amazing suite with a kitchen, living room, 2 balconies. Service was outstanding. Went with a day pass and had such a great time! The pool is amazing – warm, clean, and super relaxing. The beach is just as lovely: soft sand, clear water, and well maintained. We also had lunch at La Plage restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach day. 💖

I stayed at Sheraton Grand Danang for three nights, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. At check-in, while receiving a welcome drink from a female staff member, I informed her that I would be checking out around 5:30 a.m. on the last day due to an early flight and would not be able to have breakfast. She assured me that a breakfast box would be prepared for me at check-out. Room: 5 Service: 4 not as customer oriented as other places we experienced in Vietnam. Location:3 Reason that it is expected a hotel to this level that is located between Da Nang and Hoian to have transport to these cities. Otherwise, what is the point to book this hotel. Some hotels in the area have this service. These guys charge you 100k and for 2 people you can get a grab with the same price. Food: 3 we tried below average , good and very good food. Nothing excellent. Facilities: 5 Value for money: between 3 and 4

We had a great stay here. Service was amazing by everyone, checking in was a breeze.. Due to my Marriott bonvoy titanium level, I was upgraded to a deluxe suite in block 2 which is the better block as it's nearer to the beach. The room was with a good view and large. Even their normal rooms are large. However rooms are little dated but still at acceptable levels Titanium members get 2 free cocktails at the bar between 5-7pm
