Stayed 1 night here at The Daytona hotel, and it was a delightful experience! First off the bat the variety of electric vehicle chargers were helpful to us. There are 2 Tesla Destination chargers and 2 Chargepoint J772 connectors, however the Tesla Destination charger to the right is broken (1/2 working). Great place, very clean and welcoming. I want to give a special shout-out to the bartender, Fabian. He is amazing! His personality, warm smile, and excellent service truly made our experience enjoyable. However, the young lady working with him was the opposite. She was not welcoming, came across as rude, and her attitude was very unpleasant. For a bartender, customer service is important, and unfortunately, she did not provide that. I stayed at The Autograph recently and was honestly shocked by the condition of the room. It was clearly not cleaned before my arrival. The bathroom floor had an oily film on it, and there were long black hairs stuck everywhere — on the floor, on surfaces, and even stuck to my belongings and clothing after only a few hours in the room. I had to lay towels down just to walk in the bathroom. On top of the cleanliness issues, the water situation was unacceptable. Only writing this review because Id give negative stars if i could. This place has turned into an absolute DUMP. Cars and trucks have been towed off property for no reason at all. We were told by security to park in specific spots and we did, only to wake up to all of our vehicles being gone. The staff here couldnt be anymore rude to us about anything we have asked for. We stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the restaurant service at the hotel was extremely disappointing. On the first night, we arrived with Golden Membership credits and wanted to order drinks. The bartender was unprofessional and impatient. When we asked for a menu, he responded, “What you see is what you can order,” which felt dismissive and rude.
