We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was outstanding! The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms, showers, pool, hot tub, gym and location were fantastic! Would like to recognize Jessica from the bar for making awesome cocktails, and Eddy from the front desk for being so kind and friendly!

Stayed 1 night here at The Daytona hotel, and it was a delightful experience! First off the bat the variety of electric vehicle chargers were helpful to us. There are 2 Tesla Destination chargers and 2 Chargepoint J772 connectors, however the Tesla Destination charger to the right is broken (1/2 working). Lobby was unique - with a large variety of retired race cars on display, which was cool to see! Room was great as well, clean and comfortable. The balcony in my room was large and had chairs to sit. We loved our stay here! The rooms are spacious, the staff we encountered Maya(checkin), Malcolm(manager)shuttle driver and all restaurant staff were all super nice. Definitely would stay there and would also recommend to anyone. We did not encounter one issue. We stayed in a balcony king that overlooked the One Daytona winners circle which had something going on each day or night we were there. Not sure if it was a weekend or not thing. Great place, very clean and welcoming. I want to give a special shout-out to the bartender, Fabian. He is amazing! His personality, warm smile, and excellent service truly made our experience enjoyable. However, the young lady working with him was the opposite. She was not welcoming, came across as rude, and her attitude was very unpleasant. For a bartender, customer service is important, and unfortunately, she did not provide that. I stayed at The Autograph recently and was honestly shocked by the condition of the room. It was clearly not cleaned before my arrival. The bathroom floor had an oily film on it, and there were long black hairs stuck everywhere — on the floor, on surfaces, and even stuck to my belongings and clothing after only a few hours in the room. I had to lay towels down just to walk in the bathroom. On top of the cleanliness issues, the water situation was unacceptable.
