My sister booked us this room (along with tickets to a show at the Thompson Boiling arena) and we had no idea what to expect. While traffic in Knoxville is on another level (give yourself plenty of time to get there!) The Crowne Plaza was easy enough to find with GPS, and the underground parking was extremely simple to navigate. We spent two nights at the Crown Plaza with our children. Absolutely wonderful experience all around. The staff are all delightful and a breath of fresh air in regards to personality, customer service, and helpfulness. The morning staff for breakfast treated our kids like their own and made breakfast an enjoyable experience. The gym is one of the best we've experienced in a hotel. We are here for a week stay for my husbands work trip, having 2 boys 3 & 5 years old I was nervous this place would be a little to fancy for their rambunctiousness but all of the staff has been absolutely great! Special shoutout to the best bartender Tony, who became my kids best friend after a few nights of them hanging out down there with us. The food at the restaurant is phenomenal as well. Was also amazing to be able to walk downtown easily and enjoy all the fun things to do!

We had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza! We became friends with the bellman, Billy and the front desk worker, Natalie! Top notch personality, super helpful, and super friendly people! Billy helped us to our room late at night and made sure we were safe and sound. Natalie found my daughter’s lost cell phone in the car. You don’t get this kind of service at the Best Western! This is a great hotel option for downtown Knoxville! It’s an easy walk to everything without all crowds and noise. The bed was very comfortable (soft for side sleepers, but firm enough for back sleepers). The bathroom is great for get ladies to get ready as well. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay again.
