Natalie, the amazing assistant manager, made my entire stay truly unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a wonderful time. Her warm smile and vast knowledge of the place were truly inspiring. Whenever I had any questions, she was always there to help me out. I truly appreciate all the effort you put into making our stay so special. You’re one of the brightest spots in the world, Natalie, and I hope you never change. 😊 Thank you again for everything, and I look forward to our next visit!

Booked this hotel for 3 nights because I’m in town for graduation. My husband is a veteran and has a therapy dog, he is also trained in pressure therapy because I have POTS. They said if he is left alone in the room we still have to pay the fee. Okay, fine. So, we were gone for a whole 30 minutes to eat when I got a call from the hotel saying that people are complaining about my dog barking and I need to send someone to be with him or come get him from the room. The hotel was very clean, within walking distance of the convention center and multiple restaurants. Multiple hotel workers are very hospitable, enough to make you want to come back here. The gym was 2 stories, had a lot of workout equipment on one floor, and cardio upstairs overlooking the pool. Only negatives were you could hear dogs in the hotel and the prices in the store, 2 drinks were over $11, but you're paying for the convenience of not going out. We had a great overnight stay with the dog. Staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the gym here blows almost every hotel gym out of the water. Jade dumbbells up to 100 and all the machines you need. No barbells or racks but still very impressive.

Everyone was so super sweet, Hayden the gentleman who checked me into my room was super sweet and helpful with helping my father pay for my room after an accident. Everyone was patient and lovely. Everything was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the peaceful environment after a very hectic day. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in town again.
