This hotel is a hidden gem. Recently renovated and is very nice. Staff are all excellent . Breakfast buffet is fantastic with all sorts of every breakfast food and even a salad bar. Beds are super comfortable and rooms really clean. Thank you so much to all at the Crowne!! (Also you can hop on the freeway in any direction right around the corner, the airport is 15 mins away)
This hotel is a wonderful "find" for us and we look forward to getting back there again as soon as we can. It is that terrific! We recently had the good fortune to stay here a night in October and one night last week. I can’t sleep because of POUNDING music from the bar on the first floor. I’m on the 4th floor, it’s 12:39 am, and the music is LOUD and the rhythm is frenetic. I have meetings and a long drive tomorrow. The last thing I need is a haggard face and thumping headache. When I call, front desk tells me “Friday is our club night.” I didn’t book a room over a bar. Listen I will drive 3 hours to stay here again for no reason! I love the Crowne Plaza. My husband is having transplant surgery we had to come here last minute to be at hospital earlier then expected. Shout out to Rich!! The guy at the front desk. He literally was so kind. He made me feel like a QUEEN. Then this morning the morning manger soo kind. They upgraded us for for free. I unfortunately had a horrible 1-night stay at Crowne. The first room assigned smelled like smoke, so they re-assigned to another room that still smelled like smoke. I was too tired to deal and went to sleep, but woke up around midnight to someone coming into (!) the room. I said "excuse me??" and the person closed the door and left. My entire next work day was shot due to trouble sleeping from the incident and not feeling safe. I told the front desk at checkout and asked them to look into it.
