Amazing Hotel with a very down to earth atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome. I have attended numerous gals/dinners/banquets/ etc. at their event spaces. The staff, venue, and food have been amazing! I truly love attending events at the Craddock Terry because everything will be fantastic. I look forward to visiting The Craddock Terry as often as I can!
Unique hotel transformed from a shoe factory with an industrial feel and spacious, comfortable rooms. Service was top notch, bed was comfortable, shower was large. We would definitely stay here again. One heads up - trains come through town near the hotel. I wasn't bothered by them, and they kindly offer guests ear plugs and/or a noise machine upon check-in. Appreciated the fridge as many Marriotts do not have them.
Such a gem! Loved this hotel, beautifully finished with cool local and historic design. All of that is backed up by an amazing, engaging and friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel right at home and that they are genuinely happy you are there. Best hotel in Lynchburg IMO, and be sure to check out their restaurants, absolutely attractions in their own right!
Great hotel with a unique vibe and in a cool location. The rooms are great with plenty of space and very nice amenities. My only complaint is the breakfast. It's a very limited offering of muffin, apple and yogurt left at your door with no substitutions allowed. Those of us with celiac disease (no gluten) are left with an apple and a yogurt.
What a wonderful historic place to stay in Lynchburg! Being a train fan, I loved being close to an active line. The folks at the Craddock Terry couldn’t be nicer. The restaurant/bar downstairs had excellent pizza only an elevator ride away. I could get used to that!
