My son visited the Fort Apache Branch of One Nevada Credit Union to apply for a car loan. He was greeted by Celia Lopez, a financial services associate at the branch and she was extremely helpful in helping him understand his financing options, making suggestions, and answering all of his questions. I did not know that when you sign up for a bank account at one Nevada credit union that they get involved in your personal life. they had questions about my brothers ex-wife when I was applying for a personal loan. I had to ask him about it because they were asking me questions about her. it made him feel very uncomfortable. Sent a payment via certified mail on February 22 2025. Payment was received on March 4th 2025. It stated that the certified letter should have been received by 27th of February, it was received today March 4th 2025 at approximately 2pm. It looks like my payment will be sent out overnight, since the mail delivery system is behind every single day, and you can't rely on the mail system anymore. March 2015 Had a bank account & secured credit card with them . I got busy and wasnt able to access account to pay. Account was closed with a $300 balance which was charged off. While trying to negotiate a payment to delete the error, they refuse to. (Bank if America did it) Even went into 2 different branches to talk to managers and when we mentioned "collections" they came up with lies as to how managers are gone (lies). Credit card payments dont reflect for like 3 days because they dont own the card. They lack many mod... read more

Mortgage refinance loan officer refused to proved an official loan estimate without starting an application. Officer poor communications: repeatedly requested for items I had already sent to him and did not read responses to his questions. Was not pleasant to talk to. I terminated the application June 24, 2019 via email and phone call when title company reached out to me. One Nevada Credit Union sent a termination letter to me on June 27, 2019 stating they withdrew the application from me.
