I've stayed at the Coral Beach twice over the last six months, and both times I've really enjoyed my stay. The location is lovely and quality of service is generally very good. (Special mention on this visit to Agnes on the front desk - she is excellent.). The restaurant, too, is really nice. Good food, excellent service, and a great ambience. My room was spacious and comfortable, but a couple of things could have been improved - the air conditioner is a bit old and noisy, and there's some water leakage from the shower... read more

Hotel meets the expectations! We were only disappointed in the communication by the staff when there was no hot water for three days. Things like this can always happen, but the wat they replied to our questions was not to our liking. They expected flexibility from their guests but when we required some flexibility, due to a delayed flight, nothing was possible (as a gesture). This place is amazing, very cool and quirky, service is amazing, and the amenities are perfect. Fatima and the girls that do breakfast are terrific! Emalliana at the front desk is an angle and very helpful. Godfrey and the boys running the bar at night are a lot of fun. This place is essentially an all inclusive resort, once you’re here there’s no reason to leave.

I recently stayed at Coral Beach Hotel, and I was left thoroughly disappointed. The entire experience was far from the luxury I was expecting. First off, the room was outdated and didn’t match the pictures on the website. The furniture looked old and worn out, and the cleanliness was questionable. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor. Amazing service. We were treated like a family and everyone in the hotel greeted with a big smile and thanked us for giving them an opportunity to serve. Breathtaking views, we celebrated Christmas and New Year’s on the beach front. Specious and clean rooms, with great room service.
