While ultimately we did not choose the Ballentine for our mom, our family was very pleased with our experience speaking with the staff. Carolyn, the sales director, was incredibly kind and informative. She made sure we had all the information we needed and was very empathetic to our situation. We also met Pat, the director of nursing, who was also very kind and knowledgable. i have not doubt the folks at the Ballentine are great care givers!

I have experienced a staff that is professional, caring, and willing to make changes if needed. The admininators are willing to listen to the concerns of family members, and the door is always open.

Love the staff! They are always welcoming and truly care. Yolanda, RCA is so kind and always helpful and welcoming! The staff here go above and beyond.

Thank you to all that helped with our Mother- Marion F. She enjoyed her time at the Ballentine. A special Thank You to Miss Geraldine White from our family. She sung to our Mother when she needed it the most. We appreciate your kindness more than words can express.
