I came to the New Orleans themed dinner Thursday evening as my sweet Aunt Ruby’s guest. Despite the fact that it was last minute, the staff worked to find a place for us to sit, then one family did not show, so we were able to join her friends in the dining room. Everyone was very friendly and treated my aunt like a queen. I believe she’s a little spoiled! 🥰
A nice Senior Living Community. The clients room isn't always as clean as it should be. The trash is not always emptied daily. This is caused by a high turnover rate, and employees that don't take pride in their work. There are employees who go above and beyond while others do bare minimum
The minute I walk in ,I felt the warmth ,The wall of valor was impressive,Honoring our veterans great ,actually this is the only facilityI know of that does this! Thank You!
I smell weed and all kinds of aroma in the parking lot, everytime I visit. Someone seriously needs to call the board of directors
I arrived at dinner time so I didn't stay to visit but the receptionist let me go in and speak to my Aunt and I let her know I would come back the next day.. i visited her the next day and all the areas I went in was clean and fresh smelling. All the staff I came in contact with were very helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome and told me to come back to visit again.
