The staff - personal care, PT, OT, reception, nursing - are kind and competent. Mom likes her room. The food is okay and is the reason for the 4 stars.

Staff has been very welcoming and extremely helpful in assisting my father adjust to living in the community. He seems to like the food (no complaints yet lol). Facility is very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I can't comment on activities because he doesn't participate in any of those no matter how much I try and encourage him. Commonwealth is beautiful, clean and a warm, friendly environment. The dining facilities are excellent with a wide selection of food. Staff is attentive and caring. We are very pleased.

It is extremely clean, staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. Rooms are large and food was very good.

We have been fairly happy so far. My mother loves the activities. Sing-fit is my mother's favorite. But they offer a lot everything from live music and outings to bingo.
My sister was the pt. I also had a husband who was sick. I didn't get to spend a lot of time there because of taking care of my husband. My sister complained about the food because she had problems chewing but I think she had good care.
My sister is a pt at commonwealth I have been very pleased with how they communitecate with me about my sister my sister seems to be happy there. She is in the hospital right now but will return soon. She has pneumonia and is on oxygen and will be under hospice
Caton Merchant House was still wearing masks and isolating at the time and we did not think that would be a mentally healthy environment. All accommodated our schedules and allowed both virtual and in person tours for our family members.
