I can not say enough good things about this place especially Michelle. She made the process so easy! She walked me through everything step by step and was beyond helpful. I feel comfort knowing my loved one will be in a facility that takes such great care in what they do. 10 stars!
My husband’s son recently moved to Commonwealth Senior Living at King’s Grant House. For months he had been living in a sub-standard health care facility in another city. It was a terrible experience for him. When the room became available at Commonwealth, your staff went above and beyond to move him and get him settled. Overall I’m pleased with King’s Grant House. I know it’s difficult securing quality employees. So, I do appreciate the staff that go beyond what they are asked to perform. And I’ll do my best to be patient with those workers who don’t understand the importance of their roles in taking care of the elderly.
Very nice, clean and helpful. There is a man, wish I had gotten his name. Both times I have visited Mary Bagwell he has taken me to where she was. She is in memory side now. They were at lunch. Food looked good.
The team at Kings Grant House was a blessing in getting my dad transferred from another facility. Michelle and Angela were our guardian angels. The facility itself is amazing with the most welcoming staff. I call it the boutique “Westminster”.
