They show having a salon when you take a tour but they really don't. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

Has improved since I believe they aren't full and there are more employees per patient. Also noticed they now have cleaning staff on the weekends which helps everyone. The food always looks good when I am there and my Dad can get seconds if he wants. My Mom primarily handles things so zi dont have dealings with Admin but she says they are responsive when she has issues or questions. The staff was friendly. My mother never received her meds on time. Although we addressed it. She and other residents complained about the food. My mother said it was not good at all. Her room was not cleaned only something's in the bathroom occasionally.

A place for mom made finding a nursing home for my friend [name removed]much easier and it ended up being a good place all the way until the end of my friends life. I have recommended a place for mom to several other people.

They do a good job in all areas, but there is room for improvement. Management could specify aides exact duties as some seemed to avoid less pleasant duties. Most issues involved staff shortages, but I feel they were always advertising openings. Any matter brought to executive director was handled immediately.
While my father is now deceased after three months of getting into a place. What was most important to me was how you all help me. Find him a place right away when I needed it the most.
Our family had an in person tour with Commonwealth Senior Living and overall it was a good tour experience, the community was nice, small and convenient but didn't have any openings at the time.
