Commonwealth Senior Living is a pleasure to work with when exploring senior living options. Christine is always calm and concise and builds rapport quickly with families. Christine is flexible and advocates for her residents' needs throughout the entire move in process.
The music in memory care is too loud. It’s hard enough talking to people who are hearing impaired without having to shout over music as well.
So far for the short time my mom as been there it has been a positive experience for her. The staff are very kind to her and she really seems to like them. It is a nice and clean environment and they take great care of my mom. There are lots of activities for the residents so my mom does not get too bored. It is also very nice to be able to visit when ever you want without being on a strict schedule. Also, it is nice to able to eat with your loved one. Paid for laundry to be done once a week, well, got done once in a month. Apparently when It comes to medicine, depends on who is working if you get it all. Staff was told about my mom the day she moved in, staff stated, oh no not here, we will get her out and about to meet other residents and do activities. That hasn’t happened either. Appears you can believe less than half what you are told there. Beware! Staff is nice until you question them.
They always try to meet the needs that I present to them. I'm happy my loved ones are in their care.
