My mom lived in Independent Living there for about five years. I give 5 stars to the staff, who were unfailingly kind, generous, caring and patient with my mom (kudos to you all!). I give one star (zero stars if I could) to the management, who are completely callous and unresponsive. This was evident throughout her stay but particularly apparent—and painful--at the end. No long waits, courteous doctors and staff, and clear explanations of what to expect and how to proceed, in my case, with my dental appliance. I highly recommend Charlottesville Dental Associates.
The Concierge was happy and so welcoming! In speaking with Residents they enjoyed the community, variety of activities, meals, being able to have their pets, Staff and caring environment! Can’t say enough good things about how every member of the staff helped to accommodate moving both my aunt (memory care) and uncle (assisted living) into their facility with only (in case of my uncle) a days notice! The compassion, caring and willingness to work with us was beyond exceptional! I know we made the right choice for our loved ones!!!
