The facility in Cockeysville, Maryland, has some serious issues. My mom lives there, and l've seen that the CNAs work incredibly hard but don't get the recognition they deserve. I've noticed that some CNAs And CMT'S arrive as late as 11 AM, leaving another caregiver to manage everything since the shift starts early! She mentioned they were understaffed, which is concerning. My mother was originally at Elmcroft which then became Seaton and now Commonwealth Senior living in Richmond for more than 3 years. Elmcroft was great, Seaton was quite terrible and now Commonwealth seems to potentially be worse. The staff is very uneven with some being amazing. Unfortunately, the administration is incompetent. After it was Elmcroft, I never once received any communication from them after repeatedly asking to be added to the email list.
