Very unsatisfied with commerce Bank I went there to use there services and they couldn't comply with my requirements had to go to another bank thank you first convenience bank for the flawless service.
They have somebody working on their team. Who doesn't communicate properly with the customers and the customers are forced to suffer for their indiscretions. And not knowing what they're doing, so basically like go to another ibc I recommend the one on Guadalupe.
This location has been getting worse and worse sadly. Last two weeks been having to wait close to an hour at the drive thru on the business lane. Would think they'd treat their business owners better than that.
Saturdays they started closing at 1p.m. so I have to do all my paperwork fast to get here on time and to be on hour in the business line😠 I don't know if it's lack of employees or what but it is frustrating and disappointing to be in line for one hour!!
Worst place ever to go to cash a check or make a simple deposit being that it is friday payday for alot of people wanting to cash check took them 30 mins to attend me thru drive thru just a deposit that i was gonna make 1 teller only on a Friday horrible services
