Don't go to Commerce Bank on McPherson! You'll get some bad customer service and bad treatment there! I went to Commerce Bank on McPherson the other day, and I got served by a young lady. I asked her to get me some change for some loose change I had. As I gave the bank teller the pennies, she began to make a fuss over one of the pennies (one simple little penny!). Leslie Lopez has no business being in customer service. She is rude and condescending and refused to help. She actually pretended to call a supervisor right in front of me. I've had great experiences at this location through the drive through but this transaction required that I get down. I was trying to deposit my minor son's check into our account. I had my son with me along with his birth certificate. Leslie told me she was under the supervision of Mr. Gonzalez at the Saunders location but I needed to go to that locati... read more

The staff is to slow, they are closing the business line at window every Saturday they send us to the last line, but Monday through Friday that line they have close.
