Nice lodging option in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea! Nothing noteworthy to report about the overall experience - negative or positive. Comfortable with limited frills. Clean and well-maintained common areas and rooms. Expectations were matched as advertised online. Hard to beat the location, walkable to practically everything in town and all the way to the coastline! The most fantastic hotel stay I've had in years. The service and the hotel team are outstanding! The Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Terrific Hot Shower. Excellent Location made for us to explore the fine shops, restaurants, shows and night life all by walking. So Awesome! So Fun! I highly recommend Comfort Inn Çarmel By The Sea. For now and in the future this is the place I will be staying at. I highly recommend ~
Excellent location, right across from Carmel Plaza. Free breakfast was great! Had eggs, sausage, waffles, bread, yogurt and pastries. We stayed in the presidential suite which was very spacious and comfortable for 2. Rooms were immaculately clean, shower was nice and hot, and the bed was comfortable. Om at the front desk was lovely and so kind and helpful. I would definitely come back!
My husband and I stayed here for several nights at the beginning of December. The hotel is a typical Comfort Inn. When we first arrived, the parking lot was closed due to construction, and there was no street parking out front. We were offered to switch to another hotel due to the noise and parking but we declined. I am so glad we did. We later learned they were having emergency roof repairs, and we were able to park in the lot for the remainder of our stay. This place is a perfect location! Clean rooms! Nice breakfast! Great price!!!! Om and his son are awesome! They were very kind and gave us the room that we had liked in our prior visit. They also gave us early check in and late check out. Worth it to go during the week! We will be back again! Thank you !
