Absolutely fabulous experience at this hotel. I booked it last minute for a one night getaway. The room was modern and clean. It had all the amenities I needed, including fridge, coffee, and a working AC. I forgot a few things and the front desk was so helpful in providing me the things that I needed! There is a small free breakfast available in the morning located in the lobby area. The check in/out process was smooth and easy. I would definitely return.
Excellent location. We visited with warmer than usual weather and still stayed cool since the windows and dutch door could be opened. Breakfast is a standard hotel spread, and parking is limited but wasn’t an issue. We would recommend a room on the second floor. We could hear every move of our very noisy upstairs neighbor which woke us very early. Perhaps bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
Nice lodging option in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea! Nothing noteworthy to report about the overall experience - negative or positive. Comfortable with limited frills. Clean and well-maintained common areas and rooms. Expectations were matched as advertised online. Hard to beat the location, walkable to practically everything in town and all the way to the coastline! Great location close to various restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable. The room and breakfast were ok only. Next time I will spend more money elsewhere.
The most fantastic hotel stay I've had in years. The service and the hotel team are outstanding! The Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Terrific Hot Shower. Excellent Location made for us to explore the fine shops, restaurants, shows and night life all by walking. So Awesome! So Fun! I highly recommend Comfort Inn Çarmel By The Sea. For now and in the future this is the place I will be staying at. I highly recommend ~
