The only thing I cannot stand is I can’t remember the front desk personnel’s name , she was amazing from start to finish , easy access to the beach, shuttles right around the corner, plenty of food options in the area , perfect for a weekend get away. Pool was clean , outdoor area maintained excellently, I will definitely be staying here again in the future
Honestly, for the price, this place checks all the boxes. Miami Beach is expensive and finding a clean room, good service and a reasonable price is hard. The bed was comfy, the floor was tile and clean, the shower was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
The location is incredible, just a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. The wifi connection is fast and stable. Air conditioning is powerful. There is a swimming pool, and free beach towels are provided upon request. One thing I really liked about this hotel is that they do daily housekeeping, which made the stay more comfortable. The hotel stands out for its good location and customer service, we asked to be assigned a room with sea view and they agreed without any difficulty. Also, they provided us with everything we needed and you can even hire tours that pick you up and pick you up at the hotel. On the other hand, the rooms are remodeled and not very modern, but they contain everything you need to stay close to miami beach at a good price.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This hotel is dodgy!! First looks, looks OK, but seemed like an upmarket motel rather than a hotel.. upon entering, the reception smelt of mold and sweat, it didn't feel clean, and I was met with a long queue.. Finally got seen to, the woman wouldn't even smile, very short tempered, and appeared also the man on reception to the side of her (who was later seen yelling at customers to "shut up").
