The staff here was real friendly during the check in/out process. I also liked how I could text the staff for anything I needed which made it real convenient if I needed pillows or blankets. The room gets a 4/5 cause it did feel a bit stuffy at first but it was fine and comfortable anyway. The pool was really pretty to look at and I liked the amount of things that were in walking distance. I stayed for 3 nights and I'd stay here again!
Stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Location is perfect, right in the French Quarter, with quick access to Canal Street. Even on the narrow French Quarter streets, it was good access for ride share pick-ups/drop-offs. Hotel was very clean throughout. We stayed in a double bed room. We had a great stay! Rooms were very nice and clean, bathrooms a little outdated but not bad. Make sure to get a room with a balcony- is is lovely! Hotel is nice, great walking distance to everything, pool was fantastic. Four stars for service since front desk was not particularly helpful or friendly, but not bad. I would definitely stay here next time I am in the area!
They need to clean the air vents in every single bathroom of all the guest rooms, but aside from that, the place was clean, quiet and safe. We felt the front desk staff was not that warm when we first arrived. Maybe they were having a challenging day. We liked the room they gave us so that’s more important. The location is awesome. I would definitely consider staying here again.
