Booked online through a 3rd party source for a cruise out of tampa because they provide transportation to and from the airport and cruise terminal. Upon arrival the property seems older but cozy. Once we got to the service desk the woman there was very disrespectful and acted like she had an attitude to help us meet our needs. Decent place, vacation type of a place, no thrills, comfortable beds, has full kitchen. This place is studio apartment. Amazing front desk. They are still recovering after hurricane, but property is well managed, in terms of cleaning, yes it needs new appliances and remodeling, but price will jump through the roof. Easy access to private pier and restaurant next door. I’ll definitely come back here when I’m the area.

Stayed 4 nights in a 1-bedroom suite and was very pleased. The hotel staff is great, very accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was superior to any I've had in other hotels. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area but unfortunately this hotel will be demolished. Sad to hear such a great place.

Just stayed here and found room clean and basic. Great location and fair price. The ONLY reason I did not give a 5 star has really nothing to do with Chase, but more with guests. I absolutely despise drug use. The use of weed by guests ruins the entire stay. I did not complain, as its not the fault of Chase. Overall a great place!

Very large rooms. Powerful AC, easy parking with a few fun amenities. The quality/cleanliness left a little bit to be desired (can opener/tools in the kitchen had clearly not been cleaned), and the bathroom showerhead. I appreciate how this is less than a 7 min drive for the airport, and within walking distance of Bahama breeze.
