Top tier stay, highly recommended!! Staff is very welcoming and understanding. Front desk is always helpful, maintenance and housekeeping provide me with what I need. Front desk manager Gianni, front desk associates Andrea and Gigi, and sales manager Mark are always available when we need something. We stayed there a week had multiple issues with the washers , found a roach in the kitchen 😳 then during breakfast one staff member named Anna constantly slammed the cupboards cause she was annoyed by the special needs guests who were staying there enjoying their breakfast. Someone complained to front desk when they were on their way out . I stayed at Chase Suites Hotel for one night with my sister. While the property itself is well-maintained, my experience with the general manager, Jennifer Florence, was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. During my stay, I was treated in a hostile and disrespectful manner. I am pregnant, and despite this, Ms. Florence spoke to me aggressively and used profanity toward me in the hotel parking lot, directing me to leave the property. I try to be an ecumenically sincere reviewer whether lavishing praise, scorn or much needed checks on empirical reality. This hotel fits the once overused and now rarely heard expression: “a diamond in the rough”, and in this case I’d say more like a lode vein among the shale.
