Nicest hotel. Great value for the cost. Staff were friendly at check in. A gym & 2 outdoor pools. Chilly in the water in October but that didn't stop my kid. Continental breakfast and free mid-afternoon snacks. We were only there 1 night but mostly extended stay guests. Lots of stray cats, felt bad for them. Beautiful trees/landscaping. Our room was so nice. I don't think anyone had stayed for awhile or water had been off as I had to run the loft sink and shower for 30 seconds to get brown water gone but then it was fine. Changeing my review.... Other than the hiccup of the front desk not being able to find my first reservation... I only stayed a night for buisness but would definitely stay here again. Everything was great, other than the breakfast, but they did give alot of other options which was nice. Room was clean, spacious, and had a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable.

I stayed in a 1-bedroom king bedroom and really liked the firm bed and bedroom. Overall, I was pleased, and I viewed the Hawthorn Extended stay 1 bedroom Suite and Chase is better. Neighborhood is safe as there are mostly travelers like me being the area is next to the airport and there are 6-8 hotels within a short walk. Kitchen has basic pots, pans, utensils and a nice breakfast bar. Well-lit sink and bathroom and kitchen. Living room is dark with shades closed for A/C. Chase Suites Hotel in El Paso exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in quick and pleasant. My suite was spotless, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home, with a comfortable bed, cozy living area, and fully equipped kitchen. Overall, we have enjoyed both our stays here! First time we stayed we were in a double king suit and it was plenty of room for us! Love that there’s a small kitchen. The second time we stayed in a room with a queen and pullout bed. For the nightly price the quality isn’t bad and the pools and grills are awesome! Hotel staff are also kind and helpful.
