Quiet, comfortable, convenient and timeless. What can we say? Newly restored historic property’s block from Honeywell Center was a surprise. We were amazed at the furnishings in our room and throughout. Do not miss strolling in the lobby and take time to read or do email catch up on the Mezzanine. I was overwhelmed with our beautiful suite and everything to do in the hotel!! We stayed 2 nights to explore Wabash but ended up staying at the hotel. Started with room service breakfast. Shopped the old fashioned candy shop and had ice cream at the adorable ice cream counter. Wine and cheese tasting was awesome. Relaxed in the second floor lounge for a bit before dinner at Twenty. Food was fantastic and we stayed to listen to the piano player in the green hat bar. We will most definitely be back!!!
The room was most spacious, it was a suite with a kitchen and laundry capability. The only issue faced was the heat adjustment which was a bit balky when the outside temps were below zero degrees. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and we plan to come back for it in the future.
Everything was pretty good. The only thing, a couple more chairs and or a card table in the dinning and living room of the suite would be nice. Thank You
Downtown, Wabash Indiana is our Charley Creek Inn. Used to be known as Red Apple Inn. Has been updated with beautiful rooms, and a great restaurant attached to it. A long with others things for you. And right across the street is a movie theater. And down the street from it, is honeywell's great dining area for the family, or business lunching. And a date lunch. And come back later that evening for dinner
