My best friend and I stayed here 2 nights (April 12th and 13th) on the second floor (room 219). When we arrived we waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes before anyone came out to check us in. Our room Was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. There was a huge problem though. NO HOT WATER! When we checked out we told the person at the front desk and she brushed it off as though it was not surprising. Very nice place in out of the way Wabash, IN. The inn is extremely well-kept, and the lounge spaces and decor harken to a simpler time. You can enjoy many things in the area while staying at the inn.
We stopped in for a wine tasting and had a great experience. Loved the wine and our server was wonderful.
Had lunch at restaurant. Staff is wonderful. Food was awesome and very reasonable. Will diffently go back. Decorations where very pretty for Christmas.
I booked a room in January for a one night stay for a concert in August (8/1). I also arranged for a meal for us at Twenty. We got a call 2 days before that there was a mechanical issue at Twenty and they canceled our reservation. I know they can't help it, but pretty much ruined our plans. We stopped at a restaurant between our home & the Inn because restaurants within walking distance of Honeywell are always very busy.
