We booked a suite for the weekend of our wedding. The room was perfect for the bride and her bridesmaids to stage their dresses in Friday evening and get ready Saturday morning. And it was even better to have it to retire to at the end of a long day of celebrating. We also booked the patio for our ceremony. Everything was perfect and the day went off without a hitch. We would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone. It is the best Wabash and the surrounding area has to offer!
Downtown, Wabash Indiana is our Charley Creek Inn. Used to be known as Red Apple Inn. Has been updated with beautiful rooms, and a great restaurant attached to it. A long with others things for you. And right across the street is a movie theater. And down the street from it, is honeywell's great dining area for the family, or business lunching. And a date lunch. And come back later that evening for dinner
We were super excited to try out Charlie Creek for the very first time. Upon our arrival, I was really impressed with how upscale and fancy it felt. We were treated like king and queen as we were sad at our table. We ordered an appetizer of fried green tomatoes, and a few minutes later the waitress came back and said they were out of tomatoes. A wonderful place to stay! Great location , fine restaurant, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Love the themed rooms.Walking distance to entertainment venues. Well preserved history. Highly recommended!
My best friend and I stayed here 2 nights (April 12th and 13th) on the second floor (room 219). When we arrived we waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes before anyone came out to check us in. Our room Was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. There was a huge problem though. NO HOT WATER! When we checked out we told the person at the front desk and she brushed it off as though it was not surprising.
