Location location location! Well studio city better part of the valley bars restaurant shopping 🛍️ cute. few blocks from universal prob the best catch for tourists no doubt. Very clean and well maintained AND PRICING is 5x less than anybody on the block. If needed they offer weekly rates… god bless
Absolutely horrible. We stayed in March. They said the room was wheelchair friendly, it was not. Carpet was disgusting, my feet were black from walking on it. Cockroaches inside and outside the room. No do not disturb signs. They asked for a $100 cash deposit even though we were paying with a card. They failed to give it back at checkout. My friends forgot to ask for it and called when he realized the mistake. They refused to put the money on his card and offered a free night our next stay. We will not be going back. Great price! Clean and super friendly customer service. These rooms are cute , small, but spacious like little villas. I felt safe leaving my car parked outside and slept like a baby. I would definitely recommend this hotel
Great Staff! Rooms are pleasantly nice..None of the typical graffiti you find so often in many similar motels. Coffee every morning in the office is a nice touch. And they offer a very competitive weekly rate and daily rate as well!
I have stayed here three times. Last night I left. The staff is disrespectful. I herd him yelling at two customers and said "do u understand the language im speaking" very sarcastically and rude. They accused me that I was going to smoke in the non smoking rooms. (I don't smoke) They also gave away one of my room reservations. then wanted double for a smaller room with 1 bed and wanted us to squeeze six people in there.
