Stayed here to experience the Woodenshoe Tulip farm as it was the last weekend. This hotel is in the Pearl District centrally located to everything downtown and a good 10-15 minute walk to most stores. Area has lots of bars and restaurants 5 minute walk away. Checkin was quick and efficient. Rooms are spacious and clean. Noise level wasn’t loud and we slept soundly. Staff were great and amazing. Rooms/Service - When we checked in, the room was slightly dirty, but when we told the front desk they said "what would you like us to do" rather than offering solutions upfront, which made us feel like we were the ones causing the headache...otherwise however, service was great throughout our stay. Location - while Pearl District is by no means the best neighborhood in Portland, it's a good combination of immense walkability and tranquility. Such an amazing hotel with amazing staff. When I arrived to check in, I had made a critical error in my booking. The team assured me that they would make sure I was taken care of. Alex and Israel quickly jumped into my account to identify the issue and then made the changes to fix my mistake. I cannot recommend this hotel and their staff enough. You cannot ask for better customer service than what Canopy provides.

Canopy by Hilton is very well localized, within a few blocks of the brewery district and with several nice pubs, restaurant and diners on a walking distance. The lobby is very comfortable for working and you can order at the Faux bar. The rooms are very comfortable, with ultra soft beds. The gym is small yet very functional.

Stayed May 23–25 (Room K1-601) and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Valet was the only parking option and repeatedly failed to respond to calls and messages. Despite AMEX early check-in eligibility, I waited 60+ minutes in the lobby and the room still wasn't ready past 4 PM. The room itself had broken AC (offered a fan as a solution), a broken shower, and a cracked mirror with exposed glass — a genuine safety hazard.
