This resort was wonderful! Visited for my 13 year old birthday and had a blast! All staff was nice and extremely helpful. We explored the indoor water park and outdoor beach! The zip lines were very fun! The ropes course is intense for those of us who haven’t done one in a while lol but the staff will help you through it! All in all must come visit!
I had a blast here. It's worth it to stay the night especially for couples and family's bcuz the water park then becomes an amenity. The desaki restaurant is definitely a must to hit as well. I'll definitely be back.! And the swim up bar is amazing what a great time was had. ! I'd like to go in winter was well not to try the snow tubing and what not ! Love camelback. Also the workers well. Some of them, are really funny and fun !
Giving 5 stars because the service was amazing. Every single person we encountered from valet to the cleaners seemed so happy and eager to assist. Came with my family of 5 and had everything we needed. We had a great stay with beautiful views and breakfast tasted amazing. Food was very pricey but that wasn’t a dealbreaker the breakfast was amazing. We will be back!
Will never stay here again. Booked a room with a balcony, got a patio on the first floor looking at a brick retaining wall and electrical boxes. When asked, was told it could be a balcony or patio. Can't seem to find that disclaimer anywhere. But the best part was the mold in the room. I have COPD and couldn't under why my lungs felt bad. Didn't notice the mold until the morning we checked out. We just stayed for two nights for my daughter’s birthday and I cannot say enough great things. The place is so clean from the lobby, to the arcade & water park, to the rooms. There were people walking around cleaning all day. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and to make my daughter feel special for her birthday. This was our first trip but we will definitely be back!
