This is only a 3 star hotel on the best of days. The good The room is spacious with a nice layout. The beds are comfy. I could take the stairs. The location is awesome. The bad The room was damp. Clothes felt damp after sitting in the room. The wallpaper was cracked and coming off the wall. The rugs are gross and dirty. There is mold in the shower. The air vents are dirty. The best thing was the hot tub on the top floor and the location. At night, while in the hot tub, you could see all the lights from other buildings and the bustling city streets. Also, we were able to walk a close distance for a 5 star dinner and breakfast, that was not included in the high price of the "unmodified" room. When we showered, the water ran from the shower, under the door, and out to the closet into the other room. This hotel was in a really good location. We were able to walk to most of the things we did; CN tower, aquarium, Chinatown, dinner, Eaton mall etc. Staff was good, they actually addressed you by name as you come in and out. Garage was tight but we were able to find parking every evening (extra fee). The rooms were nice and updated. Thin walls but I was more worried for the other families as our 8 month cried in the middle of the night a couple of times. I would consider staying here again.

Terrific location, excellent staff, rooms are great with extra space, microwave and fridge but this hotel desperately needs some renovations and some sprucing up. It is really dated, very little has changed since I was last here 15 years ago. We used the pull-out sofa bed, absolutely terrible. We had to put the sofa cushions under the mattress to make it even possible to lie on. The mattress in the queen bed is so saggy. Pls spend some money, cambridge suites!

I booked the room through Agoda , and the price was almost half of the hotel’s regular rates, so I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, the room was very decent, comfortable, and absolutely worth the price. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. It included a sofa and sitting area in one room, a separate bedroom, and a large washroom, which made the stay even more comfortable.
