I stayed for two nights at the start of February and it was great. The staff are super friendly and the room and amenities were great. I used the sauna and hot tub two days there and both well maintained and thankfully not busy. The gym is a bit small bit the cleanliness and availability of towels and water are great.

A very wonderful experience with them when we needed to find a hotel quickly. We paid to get a room early and we got that. Something. That was really nice that I've never seen before was that they will hold your bags for you. So when you come back to check in and go to your room, you don't have to carry your bags all over again. There's a sizable underground parking garage with plenty of space

Exceptional stay during a stressful time We stayed here the night before surgery at St. Michael’s Hospital, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this hotel—especially given the circumstances. It was in the middle of one of Toronto’s biggest snowstorms, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. I had professional friends coming from abroad and checked out hotels in the downtown area. When I got to Cambridge Suites the front desk staff, Tony and Brandon, were so courteous and helpful. They showed me the huge one-bedroom suite with executive desk, comfortable sofa and chair, plus coffee-making facilities in the main space and an excellent separate bedroom and bathroom - it was all a comparative bargain! Stayed in a suite for a last-minute work trip and was pleasantly surprised with how clean and tidy the room was upon my arrival. Despite being situated next to Yonge St, the noise from the street also wasn't bad at all considering it was a Friday evening, and the hotel was also very quiet.
