We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore Toronto city. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel is dated , the rooms are large but , it was very cold , had to turn heat up to 75 degrees just to feel comfortable. Should have had a king size bed but ended up with two beds that looked like twins , thankfully it was comfortable. Livingroom was separate from the bedroom so that was nice . Rooms are not well insulated as we could hear all the noise from the hallway and room beside us. Restaurant is only open for breakfast. The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and friendly! They really went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed! The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was amazing and very spacious! The location was perfect as many restaurants are in walking distance. I would definitely recommend experiencing a stay there!
Truthfully my favourite work hotel in Toronto. Complimentary breakfast in the morning with a pretty good variety of options; my favourite part is that they rotate the carbs!! There for 3 mornings, they had pancakes one morning, then waffles, then French toast. Love how friendly and kind staff are, even the cleaning ladies and non reception staff. Rooms are beautifully quiet and spacious.
First impression the hotel seemed very nice and clean. After staying for 2 days, you noticed all the areas that aren't cleaned in the rooms. Bathroom had pink stains everywhere from lack of cleaning. Shower nozzles felt like they were gonna fall out of the wall. Buffet breakfast online looked really good, but in reality it was garbage. I was looking forward to it but was very disappointed. Their bacon is little circle pieces of ham, the sausages were like cardboard. Im glad we didnt pay full price for the room.
