10/10 experience May-June 2025 1. Service: Our check in was so quick, thankfully, as we arrived at 12:30 am. They offered us a free bottle of wine and only authorized $150 deposit. My sister and I stayed at the Cambridge suites for 4 nights. The hotel is quaint and charming, the rooms were very nice and spacious, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was a little outdated. Our first assigned room had an alarm going off as we entered the room, and the manager immediately assigned us another suite. Another plus is that the metro station and most landmarks are walkable distance from here. Mr. Samuel at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Very good price… and it’s for a very big room. The decoration could use some refreshed, but once again: very good price for a suite! All basic commodities are there. The hotel staff was always very nice. It is close from Queen subway station. No pool, but you have a gym, a sauna and an hot tub with a great view. Tips: do your reservation on their website, you’ll save 20-30$/night.

Five stars. A hidden gem. From the booking to the check out and everything in between was smooth an easy, you can tell the staff makes a big effort to keep high quality and service. The suite was comfortable and clean, the location perfect and the staff really friendly. We look forward to staying with you again soon. Kudos!

The front desk staff were Absoutley awful. I have never been treated the way I was treated. When trying to solve the issue this said person kept raising their voice at me like I was a child. I was very anxious and angry. So we got our keys and went to our room. I then emailed the front desk manager and instead of apologizing for their behaviour they defended them. Would not listen to reason. I am in the middle of trying to reach corporate of the hotel to speak with them. Only good things? Perfect location for where we neede... read more
