You can hardly beat the location. It is fairly close to the metro (walkable) and the walk along the River is lovely with a number of dining options at all price points but few shopping opportunities. Rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries. Colby at the front desk is a great asset to the staff as is Ariel as part of the sales team. Loved this hotel, stayed for one night. Colby upgraded us to a corner suite which exceeded our expectations. Staff was pleasant and always asked us about our day. We will probably stay here again in August. We stayed on an off night, where Nationals and D.C United weren’t playing, and it was super quiet, we spent the previous four nights in DuPont Circle where it was ‘loud’ and we honestly had our best night sleep at the Cambria. I booked here for a 3 night stay with the family. Unfortunately there is no parking lot nor free. It's only valet parking. First off when we booked we asked person on phone we needed connecting rooms since we have children and once we got to hotel they had rooms separate. But they were able to help out with that. Rooms were clean and all. Food and drinks in 1st floor were good and love the staff there. Unfortunately they don't have a parking lot which I have to say is needed there. Pretty nice hotel! Came on business and stayed for a few days. Lovely area. A 6 minute walk SE will bring you to a few restaurants along the river. Solace outpost was pretty good. There wasn’t much to do around the area besides catching a game at the Baseball Stadium or a soccer game at Audi field. Just north of the stadium seems to be a nice walking area with restaurants lined up. They have an attached restaurant which was good too! After dinner at Solace, I walked around the entire stadium.
