I had such a great experience staying at the Cambria Navy Yard! I actually stayed there twice within a month, and both visits were excellent. The staff was incredibly accommodating. When my double room for Breezy Bowl was sold out, they went above and beyond to make things right. A special shoutout to Niya (I believe she’s the manager) for her outstanding customer service. My experience at Cambria Washington DC Navy Yard was not that great. I called a few days before arriving to notify the hotel I had a late flight and would be arriving around midnight. The night of my flight, I called again to confirm they knew I would be arriving late and to inform them my flight was delayed and I didn’t have a new time yet but I would be arriving after midnight. Great Customer Service from Colby at the front desk. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the property when checking in/out. He is a great asset for the Cambria. I enjoyed the suite and overall the property is outstanding. I'm already booked for next April. Thanks again for making my stay very enjoyable.

Staff was not very helpful. The first night I arrived i asked about parking. They basically said it was either valet for 60/night ish or park "miles away" They expressed how unsafe the neighborhood was and that their lot was "secure" , in reality it was a really rough half gravel filled lot full of garbage and open gate that 1 employee ran back and forth to down the street. The location was perfect because we were in town for a concert on October 8th. The hotel room was clean but the lighting was poor. The customer service was horrible . On multiple occasions I asked for a simple blanket because I was cold and I did not receive it timely. I went downstairs and spoke with the staff at the front desk. I asked the housekeepers in our hallway and they told me “No English”. When my little sister saw them on the elevator later on during the day they spoke to her just fine in English.
