A family member book this place. The facility is very dated and they don't care for the cleanliness of the exterior. However, the lobby looks nice. Our room hadn't been cleaned and it was quite evident by the toothpaste and hair left in the bathroom sink. Then there were stains on the sheets and towels. Wonderful staff, especially Deanna. If there was any issue at all they fixed it & were very nice. I would recommend putting a broom & dustpan in the rooms because of the sand. Maybe a rug/ runner between the beds to wipe your feet before getting into bed? I will definitely come back to stay again

This is a very old bare bones hotel, so you get what you pay for but they do well with what is needed. Staff was courteous, room was well stocked, bed was comfortable, and parking was available (albeit across the street). You get a great view of the ocean with convenient beach access. The big issue is that it smells, but it was bearable with frequent room sprays and airing out the room.

Everything about our stay at the Radisson was wonderful. I can't say enough about the staff they were awesome especially the front desk manager Jeremy, he went above and beyond to help when a concern came up and took care of it for me. The rooms are very nice and comfortable with great beach views, they are nicely stocked with plenty of towels ect. Housekeeping was awesome as well, very clean hotel and great location.

I paid a resort fee, yet none of the advertised amenities were available. I also paid extra for breakfast at the "hotel restaurant," which was closed. Instead, we were given a certificate for the "Shack restaurant" next door, which was horrible in every way. All staff at the property were extremely rude and short with us, despite us never making any complaints. Parking was non-existent and the lot was too tight to maneuver easily.
