I paid a resort fee, yet none of the advertised amenities were available. I also paid extra for breakfast at the "hotel restaurant," which was closed. Instead, we were given a certificate for the "Shack restaurant" next door, which was horrible in every way. All staff at the property were extremely rude and short with us, despite us never making any complaints. Parking was non-existent and the lot was too tight to maneuver easily. EDIT....very, very limited parking. It's a 12 story hotel. We stayed four days. We had to go to the front desk twice to ask for housekeeping, and that was the only time our room was touched. Pay attention to the extra fees. We were very happy with our room for the price! Staff was friendly, especially Tony. You cannot beat the location. The location is 5 star! Every room is ocean view. My only complaint is the mattresses. They need to be replaced/updated. You can tell they are very old and have held many bodies🙈 uncomfortable. Twice we have stayed we needed The sleeper sofa. Both times the mattress was so bad we could not sleep. I actually slept on the floor.

We had a great stay! Lamouy at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. The room was even better than we expected. Clean, comfy, and just overall really nice. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

This is my second time staying at this location for fall break location is great staff is pretty friendly. The rooms need a major upgrade our shower door nearly fell off on my teenage daughter. The floors in the room are filthy the rooms are extremely dated they should seriously consider renovating the rooms even if it’s just fresh paint& new fixtures. You can’t beat the location for the price thought. Our stay wasn’t terrible but it could have been better.
