Absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and relaxed. Scott checked us in and was fun, helpful and great to chat to. Our room had a great view over Bryant Park, had a great size, comfy bed, and was so clean. The free tea, coffee and muffins in reception every morning was a great touch. And chilled water after a big day of adventure in New York heat was perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel in May 2026. We came as a group reserving 4 rooms in total. Our allocated room was modern and comfortable and the staff were warm and friendly. The location is also great and difficult to beat. We would stay here again the next time we are in New York City.

Front desk was very friendly and they brougt out luggage up to our room. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Like to try to stay here during the Holiday season.

We loved our stay here!! The hotel staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a junior suite with a park view. The staff were so kind. The hotel is clean. The staff arranged for cabs several times for us.
