We had an excellent stay at The Bryant Park Hotel. We were there celebrating my daughters 16th birthday. Jo at the front desk explained the history of the hotel (Leonardo and the fashion history) as well as made it extra special with a balloons and treats in the room. The staff was remarkable. The hotel room had just been remodeled...it was beautiful. We had a view of Bryan Park. There was remodeling but we could barely hear it from our room. We stayed at the Bryant Park Hotel during the snow storm of Jan 23-27, 2026. The rooms are very clean and slightly larger than the typical NYC hotel room. The bed is comfy and the towels are soft and thick. The location is ideal: close enough to walk to theaters and the main attractions, but far enough away to experience local restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel overlooking Bryant Park. We upgraded to the park view suite which was perfect for working as well as sleeping. Great bed and nice robes and the view is always interesting and fun. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in the doorman always helps with the big beautiful doors and the front desk folks all very helpful. Great location to so many coffee shops and restaurants and easy walk to almost everywhere.

Our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in to when we left, it was a truly exceptional experience. We were in NYC to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the Bryant Park staff went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. I visited New York City in November to experience the Bryant Park Winter Village before the crowds arrived. The Bryant Park Hotel, located directly across the street, was an ideal choice. When I booked, I shared my plans with the staff. They were enthusiastic, recommended the best room for my stay, and expressed their eagerness to welcome me.
