This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Manhattan. Despite its central location by Bryant Park, it offers a sense of tranquility away from the city’s intensity. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and stylishly designed. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service provided by the staff. From beginning to end, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. It felt less like a typical hotel stay and more like being cared for by a team fully dedicated to your comfort.
We had an amazing long weekend staying here. It's right in the middle of everything. I will definitely revisit in the future. We stayed in room 1904 and it was very nice. The bar downstairs has a very nice ambiance. After an early morning arrival, we needed to drop our bags a few hours prior to check in. It was dumping rain outside and they gave us access to that entire space to collect our thoughts before we headed out. Everyone I dealt with there was great.
Absolutely first-class! From the elegant design to the attentive reception to the unbeatable location right next to Bryant Park – this hotel leaves little to be desired. A true delight and worth every penny. We'd love to come back! Best wishes from Switzerland.
Beautiful, historic hotel in the middle of Manhattan. Our two boys loved it. Everything is close by and the neighborhood was very safe. The best part of our trip was Alysa who helped make sure our stay was enjoyable. She was courteous, professional, and possessed excellent customer service!
