I've stayed at Brookstone Inn and Suites during both of my weekend visits to Visit Fort Dodge, and each stay has been excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is outstanding, and I always get a great night's sleep. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is its support for local artists-their work is beautifully displayed throughout the lobby, adding a special hometown touch to the experience.

The best thing about this place was the location. It was close to my mothers house. If I could give it a lower rating then one star, I would. This place was horrible, the staff were rude and borderline disrespectful. After checking in, we discovered our bathtub have a very large crack in the bottom of the tub. Needless to say, the tub leaked so bad, we had to be moved to another room. The young women who moved us, acted like we were annoying her when we told her about the crack. Not many places to stay in Fort Dodge, this was one of the worst experiences. The staff was not friendly nor helpful. The continental breakfast had no fruit limited offering, no clean tables, as you had to clean your own table. No daily cleaning service even if you requested it. Sheets were rough and so were pillow cases. My husband and I had to stop each morning to get coffee off site.

The room was clean and staff friendly. Hotel was newer compared to others nearby.. The location was good because there were good retailers very close by like Walmart and Target, which was very convenient. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Really great staff, Randi and Brian were helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Hotel itself is kind of basic but has comfy beds and everything you need. Convenient location.
