The young lady who works the overnight shift (her name starts with a 'K' but I can't remember it exactly) is amazing. I had a problem with my room and she helped me multiple times from midnight to one am. She was super empathetic, kind, patient and came up with a great solution. I was extremely impressed with her customer service skills and kind attitude especially since I kept calling the front desk at 1 am. She's amazing and definitely deserves a raise or promotion!

We loved this place. Gorgeous interior and the river/harbor were lovely. The Town was cute and accommodating. We enjoyed the local eateries a lot. The price point of the hotel was well worth it. Will be back, given the opportunity!

PERFECT HOTEL IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT SLEEPING! I checked into the 2nd floor room and immediately was startled by an extreme loud boom which then continued into a rattling/grinding mechanical sound coming from the ceiling above. I immediately brought video of it to the front desk and they said they could not move me but would have manager contact me. 9 HOURS LATER back in my room, i still hadn't been contacted. If you want to sleep at night, make sure your room is not near the street side. There’s a bar across the street that is open until 12:30/1 am. It plays REALLY loud music until closing. And people are walking by to/from the bar and you can literally hear their conversations. I travel frequently to big cities and haven’t ever had an issue sleeping in my room in nyc, Boston, etc. Not sure if the walls and windows here are not as thick but whatever reason you can hear everything going on outside. There was a rocky start with their reservation system charging a higher price than advertised on a non-refundable rate, but they did fix it fairly promptly and with no hassle. The place itself was fairly adorable and if there is such a thing, the epitome of a New England Harbor Inn. I was very pleased and comfortable in the room I had.
