The rooms were great and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Vincent and Bri accommodated us for early check in on Christmas Day and were very kind. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. The view is great. Definitely recommend!

I did not get married at Bristol Harbor Inn, but I did work with Rachelle to book a wedding room block as my venue was nearby. Rachelle was very responsive to all my e-mails and went above and beyond to send me videos/layouts of the suites so I could choose one that would suit my needs for getting ready. We ended up selecting the 1br/1ba suite that was more than enough to get ready for our big day and to also enjoy in between the hustle and bustle! Location, atmosphere, cleanliness, and service all come together at Bristol Harbor Inn to create one of the most comfortable boutique hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Situated just steps - literally 50 feet - from the water and surrounded by great restaurants, it’s hard to imagine a better spot (at least in the summer). The hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately, our stay in room 205 was disappointing. The noise from what sounded like a boiler made it difficult to relax or sleep. It went on every 45 min to an hour all night long. While the staff acknowledged the issue, the hotel did not offer appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.

So this looks great from the outside however the reception is somewhat cold and if you’re room is on the wharf side then be prepared to have a blaring rock band play until 1am…. Yes, they also own the property Thames Waterside and are unapologetic about the noise. When we discussed the following morning of why we were not warned they simply said “you should have come down we could have asked them to turn it down” Not sure how they can turn down a band with 100 inebriated party goers singing “Sweet Caroline, BA,BA,BA!
