DO NOT BOOK HERE during the winter. They will not give you your money back if there are dangerous weather conditions. My wife and I were supposed to go to Bristol for a 40th birthday party. There is a winter weather advisory in effect all day including snow, ice, strong wind, and temperatures below 0 degrees with wind chill. Had a wonderful experience at the Bristol Harbor Inn! Right from the start the GM, Vincent, created an elevated experience and went out of his way to create a welcoming and hospitable environment during the check in process. The hotel was great and the town is quaint and gorgeous. Highly recommend a stay here while visiting the Bristol area!
The rooms were great and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Vincent and Bri accommodated us for early check in on Christmas Day and were very kind. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. The view is great. Definitely recommend!
Vincent the GM was personable and accommodating during our short stay. Clean and well maintained hotel on the waterfront in Bristol. Close to great food and coffee.
I did not get married at Bristol Harbor Inn, but I did work with Rachelle to book a wedding room block as my venue was nearby. Rachelle was very responsive to all my e-mails and went above and beyond to send me videos/layouts of the suites so I could choose one that would suit my needs for getting ready. We ended up selecting the 1br/1ba suite that was more than enough to get ready for our big day and to also enjoy in between the hustle and bustle!
