Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, but what really made our experience so special was the incredible team who work here. This was a beautiful experience. I teach hospitality management at an American university and even I learned about what real hospitality feels like. Heather at the front desk made our experience full of kindness and care. She personally walked us around the hotel giving us touch points and moments that we will cherish. Returning to my absolute favorite place in Bangkok after 8 years has been an absolute dream.
