Elegant Atmosphere with Warm, Attentive Service I recently visited this hotel to attend a seminar and was impressed the moment I arrived. The atmosphere felt luxurious yet welcoming. This was the perfect stay for my first time in Bangkok! The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious, and the staff is all extremely friendly, helpful, and sweet. The staff deserves a huge shout-out as they provided me with some of the best service I've ever experienced at a hotel. From check-in to daily needs and recommendations to checkout, this was truly a luxurious experience. Words can’t express how much we loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the very last day, we felt as if we were the only guests on property. Every single associate from doorman, concierge staff, room attendants, restaurant hosts and waiter/waitress, all exemplified what customer service is all about. Magnificent place, spacious and comfortable. several different restaurants in the hotel, and several more nearby. The swimming pool area is also very nice with a small bar. Minor issue I had was resolved under 5 minutes, so no questions to the quality of service.

This was my first visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and desserts. A few of the seminars were particularly impressive. The staff were all very welcoming and always smiling. This hotel is beautifully designed with a touch of luxury. While I haven't had the chance to stay here yet, I find it to be a lovely and wonderful hotel conveniently located in downtown Bangkok.
