Well maintained, “old” hotel in downtown Beaufort. Rooms feel rmoden and newly refurbished and are quiet. Bedding is fantastic and very comfy. Staff is friendly and quick to assist. Breakfast is exceptional. Hotel offers easy access to downtown and the beaches. Only thing missing is laundry service or a utility room with a W&D. (Also, parking is $10/night.)

Im from California i flew in to see my son graduate from Parria Island. This was my 2nd time staying here and when I say staff feels more like family thats my honest experience. They had a room for me and my son when I needed to flee from the Howard Johnson. My son and I felt comfortable and taken care of. The hospitality is 5 star and the stay here is worth the price, every dime.

Great location to downtown restaurants and shops. Comfortable renovated room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good and dining area was clean.

This little gem is located on the waterfront in Beaufort SC, close to lots of dining and shopping and waterfront wandering. Extremely well-kept property with super clean rooms and high-quality bathrooms. Very comfortable bed. A lovely breakfast area with a large selection of options, including freshly prepared hot items, homemade pastries, fruits, breads, yogurt and cottage cheese and so much more. The small parking fee has value, as your car will be close to your room, in a secure and lighted area.

People! People make an organization or a business. They represent the company and are often the first interaction. Katrina is simply amazing. My interaction with Savannah has also been exceptional. Kent was most welcoming and hospitable. The location makes everything in Beaufort walkable. I’ve been coming here for 25+ years. It’s like home.
