Super cute, comfortable, clean, and incredibly friendly staff!! The people who work here have really went above and beyond to make my stay super great so far. Matt has been very helpful at the front desk for me multiple times. Leah truly goes above and beyond and I noticed her hard work in various areas of the hotel. The service was average. They did not disclose how small the room was and how loud it will get. We got room 103A, if you get this room, I’ll suggest get a different room or you won’t be able to sleep. Too loud!! Poor lighting, the bathroom air vent did not work. We encounter a few Roly Polys. Room services was already knocking at the door at 9am even thought we hanged the do not disturb sign. Overall, the stay was unpleasant.

The rooms are spacious with lots of storage. Great channel options. The views are great even if you do not get a ocean view. You can walk to the beach in few mins, the aquarium in only 5 mins and the promenade in about 8 mins. It's a great place to stay!

PROS: -The room itself was very nice with a comfortable bed. -It had one of the BEST showers I've ever used in regards to water pressure, it was therapeutic honestly. -You can't beat the location, it's right at the beach and far enough away from the main busy area downtown to get away from all the people. CONS: -My wife and I weren't able to check into our room at 4 because the room wasn't ready yet. Not happy with this stay at all. First, I would recommend waiting until the week of your stay before booking, as prices dropped significantly. The basic room I booked two months in advance ended up costing almost more than an upgraded room available on the day of my reservation. I called the front desk to ask about changing rooms. The staff member took my name and number and said she would call me back because she was busy checking guests in.
