Super cute, comfortable, clean, and incredibly friendly staff!! The people who work here have really went above and beyond to make my stay super great so far. Matt has been very helpful at the front desk for me multiple times. Leah truly goes above and beyond and I noticed her hard work in various areas of the hotel. PROS: -The room itself was very nice with a comfortable bed. -It had one of the BEST showers I've ever used in regards to water pressure, it was therapeutic honestly. -You can't beat the location, it's right at the beach and far enough away from the main busy area downtown to get away from all the people. CONS: -My wife and I weren't able to check into our room at 4 because the room wasn't ready yet. Adequate, it has a very good location and the bed was comfortable although didn’t have a handheld shower head and the bath was slow to drain. The carpark was big and safe. The room I had was an adjoining room, although I was a solo guest and the connecting door was locked. It was very noisy when the external doors closed and I could hear conversations in the next room. Not happy with this stay at all. First, I would recommend waiting until the week of your stay before booking, as prices dropped significantly. The basic room I booked two months in advance ended up costing almost more than an upgraded room available on the day of my reservation. I called the front desk to ask about changing rooms. The staff member took my name and number and said she would call me back because she was busy checking guests in. Rooms were good. Location is great. Parking good. Everything one would expect. But the doors are so loud. Every one of them slams, and you hear them from within your room all night. Echoes. Pool is small. Hot tub didn't jet. Felt nice though. Good pool side showers. Lots of towels available.
