Always stay there when I'm staying in Seaside. Nice hotel, the ocean view rooms with fireplaces and kitchenettes are really nice. They have a restaurant in house but I've never eaten there. This place is far enough from the downtown area to be quiet but not so far you can't walk over to shop, eat or just walk around. Right on the beach, right on the beach walkway. One of my favorite Best Westerns and I have stayed in dozens and dozens.
We spent a wonderful weekend here. The room was gorgeous, clean, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that made it feel special. Safety felt top priority — everything was secure, and staff were attentive. The meals and drinks were a highlight, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Pros: the room was nice overall and the staff were helpful and friendly. The fireplace, patio, kitchenette, water pressure were realky nice. The bed was very comfortable and when things remained quiet I slept well. I also appreciated the extra bar on the sliding glass door for security. Cons: I wish I didn't have any of these but I DO NOT recommend staying on the bottom floor, especially not in room 106. It was so loud morning, noon, and night. Our room was on the 5th floor with an Ocean view, nice kitchenette very small bathroom. Clean in the bed was very comfortable. Did not feel very welcomed. The staff is always too busy on their phones. Tried the restaurant and was very dissatisfied. It might just be because it's the end of the season and everyone's tired. Just wanted to say how beyond grateful and thankful we are for this wonderful hotel and especially the staff and management for making our trip unforgettable. We came to celebrate my dad’s great news from the doctor after having cancer for over seven years two different type, how he was diagnosed with stage four multiple myeloma cancer and he went through so much and his last 6 1/2 years and the doctor finally said that he is 100% cancer free right now after all the treatments and prayers and we came on a little getaway to c... read more
