Clean rooms. Rooms don't have microwaves which was unexpected. There is one in the lobby and u will need to take ur food there to warm it up. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Lobby has a hot chocolate & cuppocino machine that was great. Front desk was always helpful even at late hours. Pleasant stay!
Front desk service was nice and the rooms are super clean. I will add more photos. The beds are wonderfully made. I’m very picky about my hotel beds and pillows and I didn’t even have to use my own blankets or pillows! There is no AC in the room but a very well functional heater and thermostat! Obviously the view surrounding the area is beautiful. This best western has by far been the best one!
Pretty good, honestly. The rooms are nice and the place feels relaxing. Here are some reasons I didn’t rate it 5 stars: We asked for every day room service, but on the first day it didn’t come There is no body soap in the shower Floor”B” is haunted Also by the way if you are the owner please reply to my review and answer regarding everything I have said
In order of the review categories.... 1) we were in the very first room in the hallway off the main lobby and it was LOUD, night and day. 2) front desk staff were very courteous, but management is abhorrent. See my NOTE below. 3) hotel was about a 15 minute walk down to the wharf, but not much else going for its location. 4) breakfast is very simple fare, but located in a tiny room which was overwhelmed by the morning crowd with insufficient seating. Stayed in 2 King suite beds were super soft plus great balcony with table and chairs. Unfortunately hot tub and pool closed total bummer. Breakfast was not the best but at least included. Good location close to downtown and the wharf would stay again
