We cannot thank the staff here enough. We had 15+ kids stay the weekend for a basketball tournament. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Chris and Anaya are hands down the best! The allowed us to use the lobby to watch a basketball game with all of us! Everyone had nothing but nice things to say about their stay. Breakfast was awesome! HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!!

Wonderful location within walking distance of popular Kettle Kitchen village. Staff are excellent, everyone we encountered who worked there was courteous, friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for our needs very clean and comfortable. We got the two queen with separate living area and would highly recommend for a group, gives you space to stretch out. This was our second stay at this particular Best Western Hotel, and both times we enjoyed our visit. Rooms were large and very clean, beds were beautifully made up and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, maybe the best free continental breakfast of anyplace we have stayed. This hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, and many tourists attractions are close by. We highly recommend Best Western Intercourse PA Cathy & Larry

We stayed in Room 139 on the first floor, a King room that was very clean and comfortable. Though not overly spacious, the room was well-appointed with good WiFi connectivity. The bathroom featured a shower with tub that wasn't too high, and a toilet that might be a bit low for taller guests but was suitable for my wife. The toilet and shower were in a separate room from the sink, offering privacy and convenience. The closet space was adequate, and the large screen TV was a nice touch. We loved our stay!! We travel a lot and typically stay with a particular chain of hotels we love, but switched it up for this one. We were so glad we did. I typically need nothing at a hotel, so typically - as long as it’s clean, and bed is super comfy, I’m not unhappy. Our room had a cool little deck, loved it for my coffee and reading time before the rest of the family. We loved the continental breakfast and coffee as well.
