I’ve stayed at the Battle Ground Best Western three times within the last 18 months. Each stay has been fantastic. The staff is always polite and helpful. The accommodations are comfortable and extremely clean. Being able to have breakfast on site is convenient and it’s pretty decent. I’ll definitely be a return customer for another visit.

Not your average Best Western, unique 100%. Rooms are vaulted with lots of space. Staff are amazing. Food selection good. Fitness center is meh, they need some dumbbells or freeweights. Rooms are all super clean

Nice staff and clean rooms! Breakfast was typical but very good and the bacon was extra crispy. I however have 3 complaints 1. Loud as all get out my room was next to the traffic light and I got to listen to random burn outs, loud cars and blaring music until about 3:00A.M.. 2. The bed should have paid for my dinner because anytime I sat on it a spring did its darnedest to become “intimate” with me, I would recommend not sitting down too hard. I stopped in to check out the hot tub before booking the room. I’ve been misinformed several times before. The front desk person said I couldn’t go in the pool area until I booked a room. Long pause. Well, can you go in and turn on the jets for me to see through the window? No, was all he said. I took that as a signal and moved on.

There is a strong odor in the hallways as if they are masking another smell. Lighting is horrible all around. Having a thicker blanket would have been great. Staff I called into Saturday morning was rude but check in lady was outstanding (she's the only reason I didn't give a1 star). Breakfast staff were not rude but not friendly. Gross watching one of the girls climbing up on the counter where food was sitting out. Definitely the only Best Western I will never return to.
