Had always wanted to check this town out and we found ourselves near so what the heck! Here we come :) The male front desk employee was super friendly and quite knowledgeable of the local areas, especially the restaurant options. We came on a very slow night (or season?) in mid February but the clerk was cool enough to go and unlock the gaming area. Always discovering sweet spots in Eureka Springs. We’ve stayed where several times but this trip spent just a few more $$ for a balcony room. The room & living room are HUGE and the private balcony looks out over the valley. It’s quiet & feels secluded right in the middle off town. Trolley stop, restaurant & easy parking are all part of the package. 🥰 Note - if you’re looking for ***** this hotel room decor is a little dated but beds are fresh & new. Linens are spotless. In town for OZMOMU. Room and everything was good. Woman up front was nice as heck. Really enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant. We had card issues as well otherwise 5/5.

Very nice location among the pine trees and even though the rooms are a little dated we would stay here again no problem. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant on site serves a variety of food that is delicious.

I have no complaints about the room itself. Large and clean. The shower has no water pressure. We Have stayed here multiple times and I keep thinking it was only that room.
