Always discovering sweet spots in Eureka Springs. We’ve stayed where several times but this trip spent just a few more $$ for a balcony room. The room & living room are HUGE and the private balcony looks out over the valley. It’s quiet & feels secluded right in the middle off town. The room had pubic hairs, and a used toothbrush on the mirror. Also had a brown “poop smear”color stain on white bed cover. I set up for 12pm check out on check in and they called and disconnected my keys at 11 to “make sure I checked out” interrupting my yoga class. The check out team was rude and could have handled this better. I stay in eureka twice a year and this was the first time at this hotel. I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.
Well it's Eureka Springs so if you know then you know. However, this is the cleanest place we've stayed after 4 years of Jeeps and Corvettes. The back lot is full of games and fun stuff. Will definitely be back here next year. Cool spot and the employees are 100% awesomeness.
The event center is a perfect location for big groups. The wedding reception we held here was great! Welcoming and helpful staff, food was perfect and very clean banquet room. They attended to all our wants, concerns and asks!
The staff was great! Check in and check out was an enjoyable experience. The location is ideal! It was my first time back to this location in a few years and I was disappointed to find it in a state of neglect. The carpeting was stained and the exterior door was peeling away from the wood. Loose threads on drapes. The bonus was a water bottle cap by the bed (from a previous guest?)
