We have been coming here for years as a family, for the same weekend (sometimes additional weekends throughout the year), and the entire staff is wonderful. Housekeeping, breakfast staff, front desk, are the most pleasant and welcoming. Very clean rooms. We are always sad to leave, and always look forward to our next stay.

The building was clean and the free hot coffee all day was delicious. The breakfast had lots of options and lasted long enough to go back a few times. I did have one issue which was our upstairs neighbors, it seemed like they had young kids that ran back and forth and made it hard to fall asleep at night, you would think they would put families with young kids in the bottom floor. Other than that great stay!

We stayed 2 nights at Best Western Gettysburg while visiting the Gettysburg battlefield. The hotel is conveniently located near the battlefield and there are several nearby restaurants that all are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel and room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything is fairly modern with the exception of the shower. They still have a tub/shower combo and they only provide bar soap. We love the Best Western Gettysburg! This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back. The staff is so kind. We had been in Hershey and arrived at Gettysburg well before check in time. We asked if it was okay to park our vehicle in the lot and walk around while we waited for check in time. They had no issue with it, but we also lucked out and they had open rooms at the moment so they checked us in right on the spot. The location can't be beat if you enjoying walking. So glad I booked this place! It is in great location! Parking is easy and accessible, staff is friendly and accommodating - the rooms were spacious and inviting and the hotel is in walking distance of all the downtown action. The hotel offers breakfast and a pool which is a great bonus! 🙌 We actually arrived 2 hours before checkin time and still went to the front desk to see if we could check in early and there was no problem with that at all!
