Stayed here for my 30th birthday on 4/4. You check in at another location so there’s no one to really speak to if you have an issue. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, but the rest of the hotel was nice. Sheets seemed cleaned from what I could tell. There was someone else’s hair left on the wall and floor of the shower. Unfortunately, I ended up purchasing supplies and cleaning our bathroom for my peace of mind. It sucks there’s no management on site to take care of issues like this. The view was amazing and the room spacious. The bed was extremely firm. So as sleeping well is key bring a memory foam topper if you need softer. Other things... The room has poor lighting... Really poor. So bring a lamp. The reason I say this is the hot tub, view and location make it worth this.

Room 301. "Newly renovated" Initial appearance was large open room that appeared clean. Went to set keys on counter and found some substance on the counter. Had to clean that up before it got on stuff. There was ice cream in the freezer from a past stay. The balcony door was not part of the renovation although it desperately needs to be as you can't see through half of it. I feel confused as to why this hotel has such bad reviews. We reserved the ocean view room with king bed. The room was clean, super cute and we loved having the hot tub on the deck. While I was not expecting to overlook the top of the other 4 floors roof, you could still very easily see and hear the ocean no problem- even while laying in bed. This place gets bad reviews because it is mismanaged and if there is a nice room with a hot tub and views, they are not going to let you stay in that room if you have a dog. Our room was on a corridor facing a cinder block wall. It felt like a detention center, only less safe bc the fire detector was missing. The room smelled very weird. Like water damage/mildew behind the walls? There were no windows or views besides the window next to the entry door facing the block wall.
