The food was really tasty but all our glasses were dirty, one even with lip-marks still on it, and our cutlery were dirty as well. Really gave a sloppy impression. The table next to us also complained about the glasses. Our server did a good job recommending wine paring.
The food was very average sand a little bit of a dissapointment in term of taste and texture. The veal I had was so dry and chewy. The manager is a very nice lady and she managed tailor to our needs, everything else is 5/5 but the food is questionnable.
The food was genuinely good. The service was smooth, attentive, and clearly handled by capable staff... at least right up until management decided to derail it. In the middle of what seemed like a moderately busy service, the manager interrupted the flow to loudly scold a staff member in the dining room over a mistake. Not a quiet correction. The staff couldn't watch my suitcase but promised me it would be safe. They instructed all customers to place their luggage in a specific corner and reassured that it would be secure. However, after I finished my meal, my suitcase was missing from that location. This completely disrupted my day and travel plans. Unfortunately, it was an extremely negative and stressful experience. 05/26-26/2024 - Visited the Azure Restaurant & Bar during my stay at the hotel it is located in. Beautiful restaurant that resembles a chic, modern, livable loft-like greenhouse engulfed by glass as walls and ceilings. It’s is decorated with live plants used as decor throughout the restaurant.
