I have a situation, I separated the unit, the seller gave me the runaround with the process, I requested my refund and they continued to give me the runaround, when I contacted the agency they told me that the seller transferred my refund to third-party accounts, not mine, I contacted the agency and received terrible service, they haven't resolved my issue and I gave my refund in June, I do not recommend, breach of trust!
