I recently stayed here and had the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. In just 24 hours, I was moved to four different rooms due to moldy smells, soaking wet carpets, flooding, and overall unsanitary conditions. The first room smelled like mold and had damp, stained carpet. The second was no better. The third flooded while I was out. I had to prove each issue before being moved, which felt insulting. Only after escalation was I moved to a somewhat decent suite. They still issue paper coupon cards for drinks and br... read more

Despite the online booking system advertising rates between $30 and $80 per night (depending on the night) my stay ended up costing over $300 for one night due to hidden fees demanded upon arrival. The front desk was rude and unhelpful, refusing to resolve the issue, and the owner Robert was equally dismissive, even as multiple guests faced the same problem. This is clearly a scam. Additionally, I received only two of the three promised drink vouchers, and the two dinner vouchers provided for a one-night stay were not accep... read more

Scam Alert – Avoid This Hotel! We had already prepaid for our stay, but upon arrival, we were told there would be an additional $126 per night charge. To our shock, everyone else in the lobby was dealing with the same issue and arguing with the receptionist. It was clear this wasn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a pattern. The receptionist was fully aware of what was going on and was incredibly rude to all the guests. This place is intentionally scamming people. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I'll start off with my few positives, location is great and walkable to the stations near by, breakfast was way better than expected, room was fine not great, water pressure was great as well. Unfortunately this hotel chain for what it's charging which is a mandatory fee of $89 each night for drinks, breakfast and other perks you will most likely never use. For the amount you end up paying this hotel is not worth it. The pillows were not great, elevator is cheeks, the seats in the breakfast area are falling apart, everything... read more

I don’t typically leave reviews, and really wish I would have read these before we chose to stay here- because I clearly would have made a different choice. We booked our hotel through a 3rd party site (I believe booking.com) and paid in full- $280 a night for our rooms. Upon arrival, we learned of an additional “resort” fee of $140/night that we are required to pay (even though our email confirmation confirms we are paid in full). This is supposedly to cover 3 drink tickets (at the bar that doesn’t open until 3pm) and brea... read more
