Great variety of tools and general hardware
Terrible service. Incapable of providing information about their products. For nine consecutive weeks, I went at least once a week for each product because they initially had less than the quantity I needed. They don't know if the product you need has already been purchased, is on its way, or has even arrived. They promised to update me on the status of my order by phone six times, twice directly from the store manager, but they never followed through. Unreliable, incompetent, liars, etc.
They have a good selection and good service. I went to several hardware stores and they didn't have what I was looking for, but here I don't have to go all the way to Home Depot.
Good service. Hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. I went because it said it was open until 9 p.m., but it was already closed.
A great store where you can find different types of tools. Excellent service.
