Great variety of tools and general hardware
The manager is useless. I went to buy "clearance" items that, upon closer inspection, were almost the same price as the market value. When I went to pay, they couldn't charge me because I didn't give them the marked price. They called the "manager," and it took her more than 15 minutes to resolve the issue. I noticed she has a terrible way of speaking to employees; she's very bossy, and I think they should look into that to improve the atmosphere in the branch. Terrible service. Incapable of providing information about their products. For nine consecutive weeks, I went at least once a week for each product because they initially had less than the quantity I needed. They don't know if the product you need has already been purchased, is on its way, or has even arrived. They promised to update me on the status of my order by phone six times, twice directly from the store manager, but they never followed through. Unreliable, incompetent, liars, etc.
I've been several times and the manager's service has been terrible. She doesn't know how to help 🙄 When you ask about a product, she has to send you to someone else, and don't even get me started on how she places orders. Honestly, I wouldn't go back to this hardware store 👎 A total fiasco in every way. They're out of stock, they don't send updates on orders, and many other things. We'll see how long they last
They have a good selection and good service. I went to several hardware stores and they didn't have what I was looking for, but here I don't have to go all the way to Home Depot.
